Questions, Answered Plainly.

Everything from how pricing works to what we need from you, in plain language, not legal language.

What do you need from me to get started

Your business license and insurance, access to a few accounts, and honest answers to a short questionnaire. Full list on the How It Works page.

  • Do I need all four services?

No. Every client gets the Foundation Build and a content tier, which already includes Social Media, SEO, and AI. Google Ads is added separately, based on category eligibility.

  • What's the difference between Rented and Owned?

Rented (Google Ads) is fast and paid; it stops if you stop paying. Owned covers everything else, Content, Social Media, AI, SEO, and Events & Networking, and it compounds over time, keeping working with zero ad spend.

  • s Events & Networking a separate service from my content plan?

No. It's one of the five pillars inside the Owned engine, alongside Content, Social Media, AI, and SEO, not a separate purchase.

  • Do I have to start with Google Ads?

No, but you do need the Foundation Build first, regardless of which engine you start with. Google Ads is optional and depends on category eligibility.

  • Is Kinetic Curve CRM a separate cost?

No. It's included for every client, tracking every lead automatically from first contact to booked job, at no additional fee.

  • Can you work with my competitor down the street?

No. We work with one business per industry, per city, across every service we offer.

  • How do I know which services are right for my business?

Start with a free audit. We'll look at your current visibility and recommend a starting point based on your industry, city, and budget.

  • How much should I budget for ad spend?

It depends on your industry, city, and how many leads you want per week. We'll give you a real number after we look at your market, not a generic estimate.

  • What's the 20 percent fee based on?

The ad spend we manage on your behalf, billed monthly. There's no separate flat retainer for Google Ads management.

  • Do you guarantee leads?

Yes, we guarantee the leads, setup, optimization, and the reporting. Lead volume depends on your market, your budget, and how quickly you respond once a lead comes in. We do not guarantee sales. We can only guarantee what we can control.

  • What happens if a competitor in my city already works with you?

We only work with one business per industry, per city. If that spot is taken, we'll tell you honestly instead of taking your money.

  • Can I cancel if it's not working?

es. You can cancel with 30 days' written notice. We ask for a 90-day window to actually generate leads before judging results, since campaigns need time to optimize.

  • Do I need the Foundation Build first?

Yes. Your Google Business Profile, funnel, and CRM setup have to exist before an campaign has anywhere to send a lead.

  • Is Google Ads really the best?

For local service businesses, Google Ads usually outperforms standard PPC on cost per lead, since you're not paying for clicks that never convert. Many clients run both.

  • How is AI visibility different from SEO?

EO earns rankings in Google's organic search results. AI visibility is whether tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity mention your business at all, which depends on different signals, like disclosed participation on the platforms those models read.

  • How many pieces of content do I get?

It depends on your tier, from roughly 59 pieces a month at Starter up to nearly 400 at Dominate. Every tier includes SEO, Social, and AI content; higher tiers add volume and channels.

  • Do I own the content you create?

Yes. Blog posts, backlinks, and social content you pay for are yours, and they keep working for your business even if you ever pause or leave.

  • How long until I see SEO results?

SEO is the slowest-moving pillar by design. Most clients start seeing meaningful ranking movement in three to six months, and it compounds from there.

  • Which platforms do you post on?

Meta and TikTok for content, Reddit and Medium for AI-platform visibility, plus your blog and backlink outreach for SEO. The exact channel mix depends on your tier.

  • Can I upgrade tiers later?

Yes, you can move up a tier at any point; see the Pricing page for how that's billed.

  • Do I have to attend the events myself?

Yes, this pillar runs on real relationships. We find the events and build the materials; you bring the handshake.

  • How do you choose which events to recommend?

Based on your industry, your city, and where your ideal customers or referral partners are likely to be, Chamber meetings, trade shows, and referral groups specific to your market.

  • Is this a separate cost from my content plan?

No. It's included in your Owned engine content tier alongside Content, Social Media, AI, and SEO; your account team can confirm what's included at your specific tier.

  • What if there's no relevant event in my city this month?

We'll tell you honestly rather than sending you to a low-value event just to check a box. Some months the better move is to skip it.

  • Can you help me follow up with the contacts I make?

Yes, new contacts can be added to Kinetic Curve CRM so follow-up doesn't rely on a stack of business cards on your desk.

  • How does this connect to my ads and content?

Photos and stories from real events feed directly into your social content calendar, so this pillar supports the rest of your Owned engine instead of running separately.

  • Is the CRM included in my plan?

Yes, every client gets Kinetic Curve CRM as part of the Foundation Build; it's the system every lead runs through.

  • Do I have to log in every day?

No, but checking in regularly, and updating booked or not-booked status, is what makes your reporting accurate. Office hours exist to make that easy.

  • What if my team isn't tech-savvy?

That's exactly what office hours are for. Monday through Thursday mornings, someone from Kinetic Curve walks your team through it live, no ticket required.

  • Can I use my own CRM instead?

Kinetic Curve CRM is how we track leads and report results honestly. If you have a strong reason to run a separate system, talk to your account team.

  • What happens to a lead after it comes in?

t's logged automatically, a templated follow-up goes out fast, and the lead is tracked through to booked, not booked, or the reason it didn't close.

  • Does the CRM cost extra?

No, it's included as part of your Foundation Build and ongoing service, not billed separately.

  • What do you need from me to get started

Your business license and insurance, access to a few accounts, and honest answers to a short questionnaire. Full list on the How It Works page.

  • What happens if I do not respond to a request

Your timeline moves back by however long you were slow to respond. We are not able to hit a date we were waiting on you for.

How does the 20 percent LSA fee work

You fund your own ad account, and we charge 20 percent of what you spend to manage it. No flat retainer for ads.
